Terms of service

1. About us. This website (lundunworld.com) is run by BB essential wear, CK1996/020770/23, trading as Lundun. Address: 22 Transvaal Street, Paarden Eiland, Cape Town 7405.

2. Using the site. By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. We may update them at any time. The version on the site when you order applies.

3. Products. All Lundun sunglasses are UV400 and polarised. We try to show colours and sizes accurately, but screens differ. Check the size guide before ordering.

4. Prices. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices without notice. If a price is wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders. An order is accepted only once we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if stock runs out or we suspect fraud. You get a full refund if we cancel.

6. Payment. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We do not store your card details.

7. Delivery. See our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns and cooling-off. See our Refund Policy. Under the ECT Act, you can cancel an online order within 7 days of receiving the goods. Under the Consumer Protection Act, defective goods can be returned within 6 months.

9. Warranty. Our products are covered against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, scratches, accidental damage and misuse are not covered.

10. Intellectual property. All content on this site, including the Lundun name, logos, images and text, belongs to us. Do not copy or use it without written permission.

11. Liability. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using our site or products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

13. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
