Refund policy

We offer free shipping on all orders. Because of this, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

How to return
You can return an item in one of two ways:

  1. Courier it back: Send the item to our office at your own cost:

  2. Drop it off in store: Return it in person at:
    22 Transvaal Street, Paarden Eiland, Cape Town, 7405

Conditions

  • Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, packaging and the original case.
  • Please email orders@lundun.co.za with your order number before sending a return.
  • We recommend a trackable courier. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds & exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process a refund to your original payment method or an exchange for a different size or style. Refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to reflect.

Faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days.
