Shipping policy

We deliver anywhere in South Africa. We do not ship internationally right now.

Cost: Free shipping on all orders.

Processing: Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery time: 2-5 working days after dispatch. Main centres are usually faster. Outlying areas may take longer.

Tracking: Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number.

Collection: You can also collect from our store at [store address]. We will email you when your order is ready.

Problems: If your parcel is late, lost or damaged, contact us at dean@lundun.co.za within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will sort it out.
